Brandon Homebuyer Assistance Program

All potential applicants must attend an in-person consultation with the Housing Coordinator prior to applying.
Applicants that have not attended a consultation will not be considered for the program.

Affordable Housing Strategy

Multi Family Affordable Housing Program

At this time the City of Brandon is not accepting any requests for capital grants for the construction of affordable housing, as the Affordable Housing Reserve has been depleted.
We would be happy to hear about any projects that you have in mind related to affordable housing and place your name on a follow up list should additional funding become available.
To discuss your interest in constructing affordable housing in Brandon, please contact Stephen at housing@bnrc.ca or Sandy at s.trudel@brandon.ca
